https://www.yahoo.com/health/cheerful-depressed-the-season-in-which-you-were-born-100507876602.html. I find this to be rather unconvincing and at best a flawed study where the researchers found what they wanted to find and ignored data that went against their desired conclusions. At worst this is an attempt to make astrology seem like legitimate science. What do you think?

https://www.upi.com/Odd_News/2014/04/07/New-Jersey-teen-suspended-from-school-for-twirling-pencil-like-a-gun/6901396876142/?spt=sec&or=on. I wont say the school was entirely wrong in this case but it seems to me that they reacted before actually seeing if anyone but the unnamed student agreed with his assessment. For all the district knows he was just twirling the pencil and the other student over reacted or had a grudge against  the person who was suspended. If this tests had come back and backed the school's opinion, that would be one thing. As it looks from this story the school over reacted and put a black mark on this students record
